At Lollipop Print, we believe great print is about more than just producing materials, it’s about building strong, long-term partnerships that help businesses grow. Our relationship with Helmet City is a perfect example of that.
Based next door to our Chichester branch, Helmet City has become one of the UK’s leading motorcycle helmet and clothing retailers, serving customers online and across four stores in the South and we’ve been proud to support them with print since 2021.
The Brief
Helmet City regularly requires high-quality printed materials to support in-store promotions, customer retention and seasonal campaigns.
Most recently, they approached us to support their Open Day event taking place on Saturday 25th July 2026, an event with a particularly personal meaning, raising money for Abby’s Heroes, a wonderful charity that supported the owner and her daughter during her leukaemia treatment.
For this event, the goal was to create impactful print that would promote the day, encourage attendance and help raise awareness for the cause.
Our Approach
As a long-standing print partner, we already understood Helmet City’s brand, audience and fast-paced retail environment, allowing us to deliver efficiently and effectively.
For the Open Day, we produced:
- DL promotional leaflets for handouts and local promotion
• A4 posters for in-store and local display
• A full One View door window graphic to create strong visibility at the entrance
Alongside this event work, our wider partnership has seen us produce a range of materials over the years including loyalty cards, business cards, gift vouchers, shelf wobblers and promotional signage, helping them maintain a consistent and professional customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
The Result
Through a combination of high-impact print and a trusted local partnership, Helmet City is able to effectively promote an important community-focused event while strengthening customer engagement in-store.
Our ongoing relationship means they have a reliable print partner who understands their business and can respond quickly to new opportunities, promotions and events.
It’s a partnership built on proximity, trust and shared community values and one we’re proud to continue growing.
"We’ve worked with Lollipop for a number of years now and they’ve always been brilliant to deal with. Being local makes things easy, but it’s their reliability, quality and willingness to go above and beyond that keeps us coming back. Whether it’s day-to-day print or something bigger like our charity Open Day, we know we can trust them to deliver exactly what we need."
